Managing the Risk of Coding and Documentation for Ulcer Debridement

Course Description
There is risk involved not only in the performance of wound care and limb salvage, but also in the coding and documentation of wound care and ulcer debridement services. The documentation requirements to ensure a complete record, meet the requirements of your Local Coverage Determination, and manage risk are extensive. In this webinar we will discuss diagnosis coding, CPT coding, and documentation requirements of some of the most commonly performed debridements.
