Joseph M. Caporusso, DPM, MPH, CPI
Dr. Caporusso is a past president of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the International Federation of Podiatrists. He is the past Chair of the PAD Coalition and has served as committee chair of the AMA's Commission to End Health Care Disparities. Dr. Caporusso practices in McAllen Texas. His practice is devoted to diabetic limb salvage and preservation. He has lectured extensively around the world on diabetic foot complications and the high risk foot. Dr. Caporusso is Founder, CEO and President of Futuro Clinical Trials. His research focuses on the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers by using new and innovative treatments.
