Documentation Essentials: Using Documentation to Support and Defend Your Good Care

Course Description

The medical record can be the doctor's greatest ally in the defense of a claim, but it can also be his or her undoing. While no doctor intentionally does a poor job of documenting a patient's treatment, every doctor has room for improvement. This self-study booklet walks you through an in-depth look on how to properly and thoroughly document your patient interactions.
